1. |
The
first step is a thorough inspection of your cartridge
to ensure the finished product will reach the high
standard we expect. This checking process includes
print heads along with the main cartridge body, we
ascertain if the cartridge has been refilled before
and if so what method was used, could it be
detrimental to the quality of print? Once these checks
are passed we continue to the next steps. |
|
2. |
Your
cartridge is now cleaned using various methods
depending on condition, the print heads are also
cleaned at this stage. The cartridge is now weighed to
make sure it is empty, we now connect the cartridge to
our state of the art refilling machine, depending on
cartridge type we now flush the inner, clean and
vacuum. |
|
3. |
The
correct ink is loaded into our machine, we at
Inkfil.com don’t believe in using universal inks, your
printer is programmed to print with a specific type of
ink and filling with anything but, could result in
substandard quality. |
|
4. |
It is
now time to fill your cartridge with the right amount
of ink, this is very important as over filling can
lead to all sorts of problems, it is also important
not to fill the cartridge too quickly. Our machinery
is programmed to fill your cartridge with the right
amount of ink in the right amount of time. The
cartridge is now weighed again as a double check that
the correct amount of ink has been filled. We are
almost there, we need to clean your cartridge again
including the print heads then protect the whole thing
ready for transport. |

1. |
Before use on either new
or refilled cartridges, always remove the protective
clip and the sealing tape. |
|
2. |
Always replace the clip on
the cartridge when not in use. Print heads are sensitive
and need to be protected. Inkfil.com provides special
clips to protect your cartridge and these should be used
when the cartridge is not in use or when being taken or
sent back for refilling. |
|
3. |
Using refilled cartridges
will not invalidate your printer warranty. |
